Tidewater is a brand new luxurious condo just opened 2008. Everything in the condo is new and neat! And it is in the best location in PCB - you can walk to the brand new Pier Park where there are lots of high end stores and restaurants. Super Target, pharmacy stores, and grocery stores are also very close. Frank Brown recreation park and golf are also within 1.5 mile from our condo. There are lots of things you can enjoy as family, either for senior or teenagers.
